This cart looks very similar to a golf bag pull-cart. I'm sure you would be able to find a used one somewhere for a much cheaper price. Then, you may be able to modify it so that it has those hooky things to hang your bags on.
I'm pretty sure my father-in-law had one of those golf pull-carts. He golfed every day, died at 87, and I don't believe he eever took a golfcart.
That's what we use our stroller for.
Check out Hook and Go they have the same type of cart for half the cost. Always thought the Friends o Findlay Market should sell these
