Just a quick question ... where do you typically buy your meat?
Courtney, in the last year I've bought an antelope from a hunter, a quarter cow from the farmer I get my herdshare from, a turkey from GreenAcres, many whole chickens from GreenAcres and my herdshare farmer, and various pork cuts from Mohr Animal Acres, who set up at Hyde Park fm.
Will have to check out Green Acres. Thanks for the info.
