Just bought some yummy raw milk cheeses at the Cork n Bottle yesterday. Man, they are so delicious that I've spoiled myself; I can't go back to the regular stuff!
Really, at Cork N Bottle? In Kentucky, just over the bridge, do you mean? I'll have to check it out next time I'm in that area!
The Cork n Bottle has a really nice cheese selection, both the Covington store and (esecially) their new store of Buttermilk. They always have a good selection of artisinal cheeses, and what I like the most is that they are always really fresh. At some stores that don't turn enough specialty cheeses the cheese tastes old, like when you get that bad ammonia taste/odor from old brie. Yuch.
