Sorry for the late reply, but I just came across this. To be fair, the article states that it's considered to be healthy by those who seek it - hardly a statement of support by either the magazine or the author.
Not that I'm necessarily debating the statement - I stumbled across this post looking for local Cincinnati milks, but I wanted to point it out.
JR, fair point, but it's in an article called "10 Healthiest Foods."
What kind of milk are you looking for? If you're looking for raw, there are herdshares I can point you to. If you're looking for pasteurized, try Snowville Creamery, which you can get at Madison's at Findlay Market. They're an Ohio company and practice low-heat-pasteurization and don't homogenize.
