Makers' Mark in Loretto, KY is opening the Toll Gate Cafe in an old tollhouse on the distillery grounds. It'll be open every day 11:30am - 5:00pm (noon to 5 on Sundays) and will feature "bourbon-inspired foods with seasonal sandwiches, salads, desserts and beverages, and using mostly Kentucky products." I prefer Beam myself, but sounds like a good thing in most regards...
I love Beam too, but you can't take a tour at Beam's. Maker's Mark has a great tour, I went there Memorial Weekend and the Bourbon BBQ was amazing at the new cafe. We took home bourbon cookies and they were the best cookies we have ever had.
